3. Fulfillment & Supply Chain Disclosure

Skylaire utilizes a global fulfillment model. Orders are processed and dispatched via international distribution centres. All brand management, administrative services, and customer support are headquartered in Ottawa, Canada.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes (DDP)

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Skylaire operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis — prices include GST and applicable import duties; no fees at the door. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue services without notice.

5. Order Acceptance & Billing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, to infringe our intellectual property, to submit false or misleading information, or to upload malicious code.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law (and subject to your ACL rights), Skylaire is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or products procured through it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
