We believe in simple and transparent pricing. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within Australia.

Your order is processed by our team and dispatched directly from our international distribution centres. This direct-to-consumer model allows us to offer unique fashion finds while maintaining exceptional value.
3. Order Processing & Cut-off Times
- Order Cut-off Time: 08:00 PM (AEST - Australian Eastern Standard Time).
- Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
- Public Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
4. Transit & Delivery Estimates
The total time to receive your order is a combination of our handling time and the carrier's transit time:
- Estimated Transit Time: 7–10 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 8–13 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates. While we aim for prompt delivery, regional factors (such as remote WA or NT locations), weather conditions, or carrier delays may occasionally affect these timelines.
5. No Hidden Fees (GST & DDP)
Skylaire operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The price you see at checkout is the final price. We manage all customs clearance and prepay applicable GST and import duties. You will not face any additional "fees at the door" or surprise customs charges upon delivery.
6. Tracking & Address Accuracy
- Order Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a unique tracking link to monitor your delivery in real-time.
- Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery information is correct at checkout. Skylaire is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
